2014 saw the expansion of the BioBeat programme with the launch of the 50 Movers and Shakers in BioBusiness 2014 report. Leading in a Collaborative World was the topic at the annual autumn event in Cambridge. There were discussions about leading in a rapidly changing sector, multi‐disciplinary working and attitudes to risk in a world where organisations must manage the tension between collaboration and competition.
